MANILA, 19 July 2021: Cebu Pacific cancelled its flights to and from Dubai until 1 August 2021, the airline announced at the weekend.

It said the changes would ensure its “operations restart smoothly and safely. This schedule realignment is geared toward avoiding any last-minute changes that could cause inconvenience to passengers.”

Flights cancelled

  • 5J 14 (Manila- Dubai) from 18 to 31, July 2021.
  • 5J 17 (Dubai – Manila) from 17 to 22 July; 24 to 25 July; 27 to 1 August 2021.
  • 5J 19 (Dubai – Manila) on 20 and 24 July; 27 July to 1 August 1 2021.

Passengers have been granted unlimited rebooking with no change fee as CEB permanently removed change fees. No additional cost as fare difference is waived if travel is within 60 days from the original flight date.

Passengers can store the fare value in the airline’s Travel Fund wallet for up to two years and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (baggage allowance, seat selection.) They can also opt for a refund, but the process may take up to seven months from the date of request.

CEB will continue to operate all other domestic and international flights as scheduled.
